The best minds in prehospital emergency medical care gathered for the first Prehospital Medical Advisory Committee (PMAC) meeting of 2026. The meeting opened by recognizing excellence in EMS during recent emergency responses.

PMAC brings together physicians, nurses, paramedics, fire departments, ambulance providers, and hospitals to guide medical policies for the Riverside EMS Agency (EMD’s EMS Division). Through their dedicated efforts, Riverside County remains at the forefront of technology, best practices, and legislation—ensuring the highest level of care for residents and visitors alike.
